Biography

Andrea C. Currie was born in 1988 in Odessa, Texas, and has since lived in

• Stavanger, Norway;
• Bartlesville, OK;
• Melbourne, Australia;
• New York, NY;
• Rochester, NY, where she graduated from Irondequoit High School in 2006;
• Williamstown, MA, where she graduated cum laude from Williams College in 2010 with a B.A. in Studio Art and a minor in French;
• Troy, NY, where she graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 2015 with an A.S. in Engineering Science, and from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 2017 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering;
• Schenectady, NY;
• Aix-en-Provence, France;
• and Caen, France, where she spent the 2010-2011 academic year working as an English teaching assistant.

Besides creating and enjoying art, she loves reading; writing; hiking; biking; gardening; good food; good music; and most things French.

Andrea currently lives and works in New York's Capital Region.
